In the pouring rain, the first of 7 different Tugs, 054 heads north from Kingsbury to Humber through High Level Tamworth
Freightliner 90041 heads south with 4L90 Crewe to Felixstowe
With several Royal Train coaches, 66139 returns south to Wolverton having gone north to Crewe a short time ago.
With a New DVT trailer presumably on test, 67008 brings up the rear of 5Z68 Northampton-Derby RTC, which was to reappear the following day
60063 leads 6E41 Westerleigh-Lindsey empties through the rain
Only a going away shot as bowled by a LMT 350 unit, 92016 leads 66206 and Scotrail 90024 south on 0A06 Crewe-Wembley daily light engine move
60079 heads through High Level with 6M00 (moo according to the locals) with Humber-Kingsbury tanks with the rain still coming down
Tug 39 heads 6E59 empties from Kingsbury
Ugg 70007 heads south with 4O29 Crewe-Southampton
GBRF branded 92038 heads the 6L48 Garston - Dagenham daily cartics through Low Level.
RTT did not show the Derby - Amersham LUL stock move as running, and as this came through, the 20s duly passed overhead through High Level, Grrrrr

A much sunnier start to the day, as 90049 leads 4L97 south with the Trafford Park-Felixstowe liner

Refurbed DVT 82111 leads 67008 on 5z68 Northampton - RTC via the world
"Swinden Dalesman" heads 6E41 north through HL
Tug 01 heads 6E08 Wolverhampton Steel terminal - Immingham sorting sidings
Not showing on RTT either, Billy Bardon runs north presumably heading for Crewe
The daily Bostons with 47739 from Washwood Heath
Another RTC - RTC working via the world, as 67027, recently repainted into DBS red, leads 1Q15 with 67025 on the rear

Shortly followed by 4L18 Trafford park - Felixstowe
Moo approaches HL with Tug 74 in glorios sunshine. A nice way to finish the day

My train back to New Street, a proper train with X-Country 43378 on 1V50 Edinburgh - Plymouth
Chiltern unit 168113 waits for it's departure from Moor Street
A general view of Moor Street station where everything has been restored to it's original glory. You could be forgiven for thinking that you had stepped back in time, the only exceptions being the new electronic train running displays which give a clue to it being the 21st century. Worth a visit.

With Birmingham City's Football ground to the left, the first of 2 lunchtime loco hauled diagrams arrive at Moor Street with Chiltern 67013 on 1R22. Just to the right of the loco, there is a water tower.
